•To include/understand the stakes of the financial reporting.
•To know to structure it in an effective way.
•In ensuring the diffusion and good comprehension.

Teaching approach
The alternation of theoretical talks and exercises of application makes it possible to the participants to evaluate their practices and to make them evolve/move, in particular thanks to the pooling of their know-how.
The case studies relate to companies resulting from different branches of industry, SME or large companies, and covering very diverse problems in terms of reporting.

•To include/understand the stakes of the reporting . Which are the objectives? Control financial performances, tool of decision-making aid… Which are the recipients? Who are the actors of the reporting and which is its place in the function finances?
•To determine the impacts of the reporting
Share experiments: each participant announces of his practice, the encountered difficulties and his needs

•To evaluate and define the needs for the company as regards reporting
•To identify the useful sources of information
•To know the elements of the financial reporting Measure level of activity, profitability of the activity and bilantielle structure
How to identify the indicators adapted to its activity and its strategy? Which step to implement? Which balance to set up between financial and non-financial indicators? How to reconcile needs which can be different?  Modification of the precise details, validation or change of strategy… which flexibility?

•Technical and functional integration
•To count the tools used . Data bases, software package, specific tool for reporting… To guarantee the reliability of the data

•To make a success of the written and oral presentation  . Which is the impact of the writing? To know to use the graphs and tables advisedly . To select the information adapted to the recipient, To propose the reports and actions to be carried out
To structure its speech around key messages, shelves to be avoided . Exercise of application: to propose a diffusion and the deliverable ones (contents, tools). To structure an oral presentation
